Made with expanding foam, fiberglass, and other assorted materials and fillers. It took approximately THREE YEARS to complete and I'm very happy that this costume has finally been finished.

I didn't wear the helmet for this photo because I wanted to capture some dramatics for the "brother-captain" look.

The original construction thread is here:

Im not a fan of the SM's but I do appreciate the effort, time and attention ti detail you have done here. The scale is excellent. Best I've seen.

Three years?! Well my good sir it was a three years well spent. The proportions look beautiful. I do applaud your tenacity and determination.

How's the armors mobility?

It's pretty mobile now that it's a bunch of particles burned up in the atmosphere.

I'm joking.

Or maybe I'm not.

Anyway - I can stride, and I can jab, swing, or block/parry with a halberd or sword pretty easily. I cannot run (or even jog), bring my hands to my face (I can barely get the helmet on by myself), or quickly regain my footing (continuous striking would be awkward). I impose in a general direction with a long devastating reach - a little like the actual Terminators. :P

Impressive looking.

wonder how long it takes to suit up...and get out of it. I have the feeling bathroom breaks require some planning in that armor.

About ten minutes.

Not too bad. I read the other posts where you described it's mobility so I am even more impressed by your work.

The paint job is very nice by the way.
